Customer Support & Order Processing Hours
We’re open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Order Processing
Most orders are currently processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
If it’s been more than 3 business days since you placed your order, please give us a call so we can look into it right away.
If a delay occurs, our team will proactively reach out to keep you informed and make the appropriate arrangements. We aren’t perfect by any means so if you don’t hear from us give us a call.

If you need immediate assistance, we encourage you to call us directly. We typically answer throughout the day, and if we miss your call, please leave a voicemail so we can return it as soon as possible.
During the busy season, response times may take several hours and, in some cases, up to one business day. For the fastest response, leaving a voicemail when we are unable to answer is the best option. We appreciate your patience and will follow up as quickly as we can.
