Shipping
Our goal is to ship orders within 1–3 business days from the time the order is placed, excluding weekends, during our slower season. During our busy season (September through December), please allow 1–4 business days for order processing.
Shipping transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, pickup schedules, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. This applies to all shipping services, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, USPS, and similar options (including UPS 2-Day, UPS 3-Day Select, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority, and comparable services). If the selected carrier or service is unavailable for a given destination, or restricted, rerouted, or substituted by the carrier, we reserve the right to ship using an equivalent carrier or service at no additional cost to the customer.
Duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and brokerage charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are assessed by the carrier and/or local customs authorities and are outside of our control. Your Pixel Store does not collect, control, or reimburse customs-related fees.
We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays as Post Office and UPS are closed. We ship to all of the United States including Puerto Rico. We also ship to Canada and Australia. If you are outside of these places, please email us for quotes.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you can return any of our products for a refund, minus original shipping cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost for item. If we provide return label we will subtract this total from the refund as well. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any return and/or cancelled order. Please contact support before returning any merchandise. If you run into any problems, please reach out to us and we will work with to resolve the issue. NO RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR DAMAGED and/or ALTERED products.

Cancellations and Presale Items
You may request to cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been processed or shipped. Backordered, presale, prebuy, and custom items cannot be canceled or refunded as they are ordered to fulfill specific orders. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse or from our over seas factory even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred to redirect the order, plus a 20% restocking fee. Refunds and returns can take up to 10 business days to process, not including weekends.
Prebuy/Presale Shipping
For prebuy orders, please note that these are usually shipped directly from the factory via sea or air freight. Once fulfilled, they cannot be cancelled, edited, or refunded. Shipping times typically range between 30 to 60 days from label creation. An order is considered fulfilled once a tracking number is provided and the status shows complete. Complete means order has been processed and shipped. It does not mean order has been delivered. It is an eternal tracking for Your Pixel Store LLC, letting us know the order is on its way to the customer. The tracking number will be your way of tracking delivery. After fulfillment, orders cannot be cancelled, adjusted, or refunded, and our Return Policy will be applied.
Warranty
Removing any product labels intended for tracking purposes will result in the voiding of any warranties provided by Your Pixel Store LLC and/or affiliates. It's important to use our products within the specifications outlined for each item to ensure warranty coverage and eligibility for our return policies.
In the event of a warranty exchange or return, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the unit to our warehouse. If, upon inspection, the unit is found to be faulty and covered under warranty, Your Pixel Store will cover the shipping cost of the replacement unit back to the customer. If the unit is not found to be faulty or if the issue is determined to be due to improper use or installation, the customer will remain responsible for all shipping costs, and the warranty will be considered void. If customer wants the product back after we have determined it is not covered, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost back to them.
