PVC Arch Bases

You are purchasing a pair of arch bases for PVC pipe. We offer 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch options. The 1/2 PVC works great with our 1/2-inch PVC clips found here. Or for the 3/4 PVC you can find the clips here: PPC (Pixel Pipe Clip)

These are our Ultimate Arch Bases. These arch bases are sold as a set. Each base has a sturdy base that can interlock with other arch bases by using a 1/2″ PVC pipe. This interlocking pipe also doubles as a wide base preventing your arches from falling forwards or backwards. Each base has provisions for standard tent stakes to be used to stake the base to the ground.

*It is not recommended to bolt these bases down to a solid surface. This could damage your arch base.

Inside each hole for the arch is a small channel that will allow you to route your power cable from inside the arch through the bottom of the arch. To maintain pressure on the pixel strip inside the tube, a small bungee can be connected to the pixel strip and then wrapped around the 1/2″ EMT pipe that is used to set the distance between arch bases.

Recommendations:

• The 1/2″ PVC, 3/4″ PVC, and PEX can be purchased from Lowes, Home Depot, or Menards ( <– Links to the left)
• We recommend that you purchase the pipe for the arches in a 10′ section instead of bulk in a roll
  • If you use a different length of EMT, the measurements below won’t jive
• We cut our arch pipes to these lengths
  • Outside Pipe (Single, Dual & Triple): 108″
  • Middle Pipe (Dual & Triple): 102″
  • Inner Pipe (Triple): 96″
