APO, FPO, and DPO Shipping Information

At Your Pixel Store, we are proud to support customers shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Because military mail has specific size, weight, and processing requirements, these orders may need to be reviewed manually before shipping.

Can We Ship to APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses?

Yes, we can ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses when the package meets USPS shipping requirements.

USPS military mail has package limits, including:

  • No more than 70 pounds per carton
  • No more than 130 inches in combined length and girth

Length and girth is calculated as:
Length + 2x Width + 2x Height
Because some products are large, oversized, or oddly shaped, not every item may qualify for APO, FPO, or DPO shipping.

Why APO, FPO, and DPO Orders May Need Manual Processing

APO, FPO, and DPO shipments can be more complicated than standard domestic shipping. Larger items, coro products, props, controllers, and bulk orders may need to be reviewed for final carton size, weight, and shipping cost. Because of this, some APO, FPO, and DPO orders may not show an automatic shipping option at checkout.

Additional Shipping Charges

Due to USPS military shipping restrictions, oversized packaging requirements, or manual processing needs, additional shipping charges may apply to APO, FPO, and DPO orders. In some cases, shipping costs may need to be invoiced separately after the order is reviewed, packaged, and measured.

How to Place an APO, FPO, or DPO Order

If you are placing an order for an APO, FPO, or DPO address, please complete your order as normal and contact us if shipping does not calculate correctly.
In some cases, we may need to:

  • Review the items in your order
  • Confirm package size and weight
  • Determine the correct USPS shipping cost
  • Send a separate shipping invoice if needed
  • Process the order manually before shipment

Will APO, FPO, and DPO Shipping Take Longer?

Yes, APO, FPO, and DPO shipments may take longer than standard UPS, FedEx, or domestic shipments. During peak season, especially November and December, military mail may experience additional delays. Please allow extra time when ordering holiday lighting products, controllers, props, pixels, and accessories.

Order Early During the Holiday Season

If you are ordering for a Christmas display, Halloween event, or seasonal installation, we strongly recommend ordering early.
APO, FPO, and DPO shipments can be affected by:

  • USPS military mail processing times
  • Package size limitations
  • Peak holiday shipping volume
  • Customs or military mail routing delays
  • Manual order review when required
